Learn how to buy and activate the Raydo Personal Commercial License, what commercial use it covers, and how refunds work.
You can use Raydo locally for individual trial and everyday work before deciding whether to buy a Personal Commercial License.
Raydo Personal Commercial License is a voluntary individual commercial-use certificate. It is for individual users who use Raydo to deliver paid work, client projects, or other commercial outputs. Purchasing it also represents your support for continued Raydo development.
This license only covers commercial delivery using outputs you create with Raydo. Raydo itself, installers, accounts, activation codes, branding, and core capabilities may not be resold, white-labeled, hosted, or repackaged as a third-party product.
Price
The current price is $49 / user / year.
This is an individual-user license. It is not a team seat, enterprise deployment, reseller, OEM, or white-label license.
What you can do
After purchasing and activating a Personal Commercial License, you may use Raydo to deliver commercial work for yourself or clients, including:
- content, reports, proposals, research material, and consulting deliverables
- code, websites, app prototypes, scripts, and automation workflows
- images, videos, audio, and other media assets
- internal tools, business processes, project deliverables, and reusable business materials
In short: you may use Raydo for real work, and you may use Raydo outputs to create revenue for yourself or your clients.
What it does not include
The Personal Commercial License does not include:
- Raydo Cloud credits or cloud quota
- team collaboration, organization member seats, or enterprise management features
- private deployment, hosted-service, channel, OEM, or white-label rights
- sublicensing rights to Raydo trademarks, branding, installers, account systems, or core capabilities
- additional rights for third-party models, APIs, assets, platforms, or services
You still need to follow the terms of Raydo, model providers, platform services, and any third-party assets you use.
Refunds
The Personal Commercial License is a digital license and commercial-use certificate. Unless required by applicable law, clearly stated at checkout, or agreed by Raydo in writing, purchases are generally not refundable.
Before purchasing, please make sure the license fits your use case. If you are unsure whether you need a Personal Commercial License, you can keep trying Raydo locally or contact support@raydo.ai.
Clearly not allowed
The Personal Commercial License does not grant resale, distribution, white-label, hosting, or sublicensing rights to Raydo itself.
Please do not:
- rename, rebrand, or package Raydo as your own software
- resell Raydo installers, licenses, accounts, activation codes, or core capabilities
- offer Raydo itself as a SaaS, hosted service, agency service, or platform capability to third parties
- embed Raydo into your product in a way that lets third parties use Raydo as your own product feature
- imply that you are a Raydo reseller, distributor, official partner, or authorized service provider
- share one individual license across a team, organization, client, or multiple end users
If you need team, organization, enterprise deployment, hosted-service, channel, OEM, or white-label rights, contact Raydo for a separate license.
Buy a license
You can buy from the Pricing page or the Personal Commercial License page.
After payment, the website will provide an activation code. You can return to Raydo Desktop to activate it.
Activate a license
To activate in Raydo Desktop:
- Open Raydo Desktop
- Go to
Settings -> About - Enter or paste your activation code
- Complete activation
After activation, Raydo Desktop can show your supporter status.
Supporter identity
The Personal Commercial License also reserves fields for a future Raydo Supporters Wall:
- display name
- Twitter / X
- personal website
- public display opt-in
Public display is off by default. You will only appear on a future supporter page if you explicitly opt in and the profile is approved.
FAQ
Do I need to buy before trying Raydo locally?
No. You can use Raydo first, see whether it helps you finish real work, and then decide whether to buy a Personal Commercial License.
Does it unlock Raydo Cloud credits?
No. The Personal Commercial License is a commercial-use certificate and supporter identity. It is not Raydo Cloud credits or a cloud subscription.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
Personal Commercial License purchases are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law, clearly stated at checkout, or agreed by Raydo in writing.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes. It is charged per individual user. The same purchaser can activate it on their own reasonable work devices. It cannot be shared with a team, client, or multiple end users.
What should a company or team do?
The Personal Commercial License is not for team sharing. If you need team, organization, enterprise deployment, or centralized purchasing, contact Raydo for a separate license.
Can Raydo itself be resold?
No. The Personal Commercial License only covers commercial delivery using outputs you create with Raydo. Raydo itself, installers, accounts, activation codes, branding, and core capabilities may not be resold, white-labeled, hosted, or sublicensed.
